Terms & Conditions:

If you choose to guarantee your booking by prepayment a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total accomodation charge is required. This can be paid by cheque or debit/credit card at the time of booking (telephone, email or fax) and will be deducted from your final statement on departure. Should you wish to cancel, this needs to be carried out in writing by email, fax or letter and is subject to the following conditions:

1. Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days in advance of the planned booking will be charged 50% of the confirmed reserved accomodation.

2. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of the planned booking will be charged 100% of the confirmed reserved accomodation.

3. Non-cancellation and not taking up the reserved accomodation will result in a charge of 100% of the confirmed reserved accomodation charge.

By confirming a reservation by either cheque/debit/credit card you agree to these terms and conditions. We do recommend that you take a travel insurance for any unexpected cancellation due to unavoidable events.
