From the train station:

Waverley, the main railway station and St Andrew Square, where the bus terminus is situated, are both located off Princes Street. Both are less than 15 minutes walk from the guest house.

From the station you go left along Princes Street. Take the second turn on your right which is Hanover Street and go uphill to George Street. Follow on down the hill (Hanover Street becomes Dundas Street) and Eyre Place is on your right at the last set of traffic lights.

Alternatively, a taxi will cost you around £5.00.
